Four things to try

Open citation 3 in “When a refund posts”. It is flagged before you click: the sentence says two days, the line it rests on says three.

Approve “When a refund posts”. The receipt under it records how many of its sources you opened, and what is still open.

Request changes on “Daily totals”, keep the request, and press Regenerate. Dana’s sentence stays as written. The agent can only propose.
Those are the four ideas. Everything else works too: re-check the changed file, or reject a draft and publish.
